Directors and business owners from Newbury, across Berkshire, and beyond, gathered in the Dubai Duty Free Grandstand for the latest Newbury Racecourse Business Club race day, powered by Network My Club.

The first event hosted in the Dubai Duty Free Grandstand, it was an ideal space to host.
The room provided plenty of room to move around, with the day allowing time to catch up with familiar faces, and meet new ones.
With a private bar, delicious lunch, and a prime viewing area overlooking the races to boot.

Grand National Winning Jockey as Tipster
After lunch, former Grand National winning jockey Daryl Jacob joined the room as tipster for the afternoon.
Daryl gave insights into life as a jockey. He picked out a couple of winners for the room. And he took the time to speak to attendees throughout the afternoon.
A small group of attendees were also taken down to the parade ring ahead of one of the races. Up close to the horses and the jockeys, in a way you simply do not get to experience at your average networking event.

James Bazeley of Newbury Racecourse shared what is coming up at the venue. The summer Concerts with Racing, the Golf Day, and plenty of other opportunities to come.
James was on hand throughout the day, continuing to build on the relationships established through the business club, and giving attendees a real sense of what’s possible at the racecourse.

The next Newbury Racecourse Business Club event is something a little different.
A summer evening race day, coinciding with Newbury’s Summer Evening Series themed races, with this one being the Ibiza Beach Club evening.
