Southampton FC needed to connect with supporters around the world, allowing fans to interact with one another and pose questions to the First Team manager, players and key staff.
Working on a short time frame, we designed a bespoke floor plan with club branding and colours, liaised with various departments about how to get manager and staff onto the platform with ease and provided a live stream of the Q&A onto the official Saints YouTube channel.
Their aim? Engage Saints fans worldwide by offering them the chance to ask questions to key club personnel.
Our aim? Ensure high level personnel were easily able to access the platform, fans logging in from around the world could easily use the platform for the first time and provide a live stream of the Q&A to the official Southampton FC YouTube channel.

Saints Online Fans’ Forum Floor Plan
Fans from across the world – Europe, Asia, America – entered the online event and were encouraged to mingle around the room at their own pace.
Network My Club Founder, Bradley Hatchett, hosted the hour long Q&A with Ralph Hasenhuttl (First Team Manager), Kyle Water-Peters and Stuart Armstrong (First Team Players), Martin Semmens (CEO) and Matt Crocker (Director of Football Operations).
Bradley posed pre-submitted questions and ensured there was time for live questions asked by fans using the Q&A area. A live stream of the Q&A was streamed to the official Southampton FC YouTube channel. Watch it below.
The Network My Club team supported Southampton Football Club with our biggest ever online fans’ forum.
Traditionally, our fans’ forum is a face-to-face event. And while we hope to get back to seeing people in person, the Remo platform provided the next best thing for a great experience.
We’ve all become accustomed to Zoom and Teams and wanted to try something different to cater for large numbers of participants in an engaging way. Network My Club took the stress out of organising and operating the event ourselves, making it easy for both us as organisers and attendees to enjoy.
I can’t recommend the team at Network My Club enough and look forward to working with them again soon.
After the Q&A, fans were given the opportunity to ask Martin, Matt and other internal department personnel questions on small six person ‘Break Out’ tables on the floor plan.
Members of the Network My Club team were present during the event to assist. Anders, Claudia and Nikita sat on the tables across multiple floors to assist with any technical issues attendees faced.
