A special highlight was our Q&A with Portsmouth FC Head of Coaching, James Barlow, who lifted the lid on coaching coaches, sharing powerful lessons on leadership, building culture, and the striking parallels between elite sport and business.
It was a rare chance to hear directly from those shaping the future of the club and attendees left with practical lessons to apply in their own organisations.
Networking & Community
Networking took place in the impressive Fratton Park Victory Suite, with a delicious two-course lunch on offer.
Following lunch and the Q&A desert was served and attendees were able to go pitch-side to continue conversations and take in the great views inside the stadium.
