An opportunity has arisen within Network My Club, responsible for Membership Sales Development across the group.

Network My Club is fast growing business networking organisation, partnering specifically with professional sports clubs and iconic sporting venues to host regular quality events at world class venues, whilst offering exclusive benefits – all through dedicated member networking groups.

This opportunity gives the ideal candidate the chance to be an integral part of the company’s development, bring in new business to support that growth, with enormous potential to progress and evolve with the business.

Bags of enthusiasm, career ambition and drive to succeed and develop in sales is essential. An interest in sport is desirable, but by no means essential!

The role will feature an uncapped commission structure and target based incentives, with the flexibility to work remotely, combining office and field based duties.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Research, identify and manage new member and sales opportunities

  • Ability to identify member requirements and build strong relationships, both face to face and on the telephone

  • Full understanding and ability to demonstrate the full value of Network My Club offering

  • Provide monthly reporting against KPI’s/targets and manage all contact and opportunities through internal company CRM

  • Convert sales pipeline to achieve monthly and yearly sales target

  • Follow up inbound enquiries

  • Achieve individual and company KPI’s in line with targets

  • Build relationships with existing members

  • Represent Network My Club at other business events, exhibitions and shows to raise awareness and generate pipeline of leads

  • Promote Network My Club and build rapport with prospects via social media

  • Attend monthly Network My Club events, building rapport with attendees, both members and non-members

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience and track record in sales/business development roles

  • Proven track record of developing and winning new business and consistently over achievement vs targets

  • Strong desire for personal and professional development

  • Ability to build strong relationships and identify decision makers

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Developing and implementing sales strategy

  • Confident, enthusiastic and career driven

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail with computer literacy

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Existing network of businesses

  • Marketing experience

  • Public speaking, addressing groups of people

  • Interest in sport

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Membership Network My Club groups increases

  • Monthly target/sales met

  • Number of attendees at Network My Club events increases

  • Rate of follow up contact

  • Member renewal rates

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 depending on experience. Potential of £30,000+ OTE with uncapped commission structure.

Location: Office based will be in Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex, but the position covers Sussex, Hampshire, London and the surrounding areas.

Report to: Managing Director

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (including occasional events outside of these hours)

Holiday: 23 days
